Quality control at every stage
Touch hardware fails in the field because of small process errors, not because of the design. Our control plan targets those process steps directly.
- Incoming inspection — LCD panels, touch sensors, controllers and boards are checked for cosmetic defects, function and batch traceability.
- Assembly control — bonding, lamination and cable routing are performed in a dust-controlled area with documented torque and pressure settings.
- 48-hour ageing — every unit runs a full-load ageing test before packing; touch linearity and display uniformity are recorded.
- Final inspection — 100% visual and functional inspection, plus random drop, vibration and packaging checks.
- Traceability — serial number, test data and inspection result are archived, so after-sales claims can be verified quickly.
Certifications
Our products are CE, FCC and RoHS compliant. For projects that need CB, IEC or regional certifications, we work with accredited laboratories and share the full reports with you.
Warranty and after-sales
Standard warranty is 12 months, extendable to 24 or 36 months. Spare parts are kept for at least five years after a model is discontinued, and our engineers provide remote diagnosis within one working day.
Certifications for touch screen exports
Our industrial touch screens, panel PCs, monitors, OPS modules and rugged tablets are supplied with CE, FCC and RoHS documentation. Additional test reports can be arranged for medical, outdoor and transportation projects. The quality system covers incoming material inspection, in-process checks, 48-hour ageing, 100% final inspection and traceability by serial number.
Consistency across repeat orders
For OEM and ODM customers we keep a golden sample, process settings and inspection records so that the tenth batch matches the first. Spare parts and technical support remain available after the warranty period.
