Fifteen years of building touch displays in Huizhou
Seabird Technology was founded in 2011 in Huizhou, Guangdong, with a simple focus: make touch screens and touch displays that survive real industrial use. Fifteen years later, the company operates an 8,000 m² production floor, employs 30 R&D engineers, and ships touch hardware to customers in more than 120 countries.

What we manufacture
Our product range covers the complete touch hardware stack rather than a single category:
- Industrial touch panel PCs from 7 to 32 inches, on X86 and ARM platforms, with IP65 front panels and fanless designs.
- Industrial monitors and outdoor high-brightness displays from 7 to 32 inches, including open-frame and panel-mount versions.
- Fanless industrial box PCs, OPS PC modules and OPS adapter cards.
- Infrared touch frames from 32 to 110 inches, plus infrared touch panels from 15 to 23.6 inches.
- Infrared touch PCBA modules and kits for OEM frame builders.
- Projected capacitive touch overlays from 10.4 to 86 inches.
- 4-wire and 5-wire resistive touch panels.
- Interactive flat panels from 55 to 98 inches.
- Commercial digital signage and advertising displays.
- Rugged tablets from 8 to 18.5 inches, on Android, Windows and Linux.
- Touch pens and air mouse remotes, plus OPS adapter cards.
Because we make the touch frame, the PCBA, the panel PC and the tablet under one roof, a customer can source a complete system from one factory instead of coordinating four suppliers.
How the factory is organised
Engineering
Our 30-engineer R&D team covers hardware design, touch firmware, mechanical tooling, thermal design and software integration. For OEM projects, the team can work from a customer drawing, a competitor sample or a specification written on a single page. For ODM projects, the team proposes the platform, the touch stack and the enclosure, then builds a sample for evaluation.
Production
The 8,000 m² floor is organised around touch sensor assembly, lamination and bonding, PCBA assembly, panel PC integration, ageing and final test. Bonding and lamination run in a dust-controlled area with documented pressure and torque settings, because bubbles, dust and delamination are the most common field failures in touch displays.
Quality control
Every unit goes through incoming inspection, in-process inspection, 48-hour ageing, 100% final inspection and random out-of-box checks before shipment. Touch linearity, display uniformity, brightness and interface function are recorded. The quality system is the reason we can state CE, FCC and RoHS compliance as a baseline rather than an optional extra.

How we work with OEM and ODM customers
- Requirement review. We confirm size, environment, touch technology, platform, interfaces, certification and target quantity.
- Proposal and drawing. We send a specification, a 2D drawing and a price. For custom work, we send a 3D model and a tooling plan.
- Sample. A sample is built and tested. Standard sizes can ship in about three days; custom sizes depend on tooling.
- Validation. The customer tests the sample in the target enclosure, operating system and environment.
- Production. We confirm the golden sample, run the production batch, and inspect every unit before packing.
- After-sales. One-year warranty by default, with a three-year option; spare parts and technical support are available.
What customers ask us most
Can I order only one piece?
Yes. One piece is still factory price. Larger quantities receive a volume discount.
What is the lead time?
For standard sizes, about three days for samples, seven days for 100 pieces and fifteen days for 500 pieces. Custom and OEM sizes are quoted individually.
Do you support custom logos and packaging?
Yes. Custom boot logo, private-label packaging, custom interfaces, custom firmware and custom size are all available.
Which certifications do you provide?
CE, FCC and RoHS are standard. Additional reports can be arranged for specific projects.
Visit the factory
We are located in Huiyang District, Huizhou, Guangdong, about 90 minutes from Shenzhen and two hours from Guangzhou. Customers are welcome to audit the production line, review the quality records and test samples on site.
