International Display and Embedded Trade Shows 2026–2027: ISE, InfoComm, GITEX, embedded world and Bett

The international trade show calendar for display, AV and embedded hardware

Trade shows are still the fastest way to compare touch displays, panel PCs, embedded boards and digital signage hardware side by side. They are also where specifications are agreed before a purchase order exists: a 15-minute meeting at ISE or embedded world often decides which factory gets a project six months later.

This guide covers the major international shows for our industry, the dates that are confirmed for 2026 and 2027, and what each show is actually good for. If you are planning a sourcing trip, use it as a starting calendar.

Computex Taipei Jun 2–5, 2026 Dates usually announced for late May/early June Taipei, Taiwan PC platforms, chipsets, AI PCs, supply chain
InfoComm Jun 13–19, 2026 (exhibits 17–19) June 2027, Las Vegas (confirm with AVIXA) Las Vegas Convention Center, USA North American pro AV, digital signage, conferencing
GITEX Global Dec 7–11, 2026 Usually October/December each year Dubai, UAE Middle East and Africa enterprise technology, smart city, AI

Dates are confirmed from the organisers’ public announcements where available. Always re-check before booking travel, because venue and date changes happen.

What each show is good for

ISE — the professional AV benchmark

ISE is the most important show for anyone selling interactive displays, digital signage, touch frames or AV integration. It is where European distributors and system integrators compare panel quality, bezel design, mounting options and control software. For a touch display factory, ISE is the best place to meet distributors who already sell into retail, education and corporate markets.

InfoComm — North America’s pro AV show

InfoComm is organised by AVIXA and is the main North American meeting point for integrators, consultants and end users. It is less about components and more about complete solutions: meeting-room systems, digital signage networks, control platforms and installation hardware. If your target market is the United States or Canada, this is the show to plan around.

embedded world — where the board decisions are made

embedded world in Nuremberg is the show for embedded hardware, industrial computing and edge AI. It attracts hardware engineers and system architects rather than AV buyers. For panel PCs, box PCs and OPS modules, it is the best place to discuss processor longevity, interfaces, thermal design and long-term availability.

GITEX Global — the Middle East and Africa gateway

GITEX has grown from a regional IT exhibition into a large technology and AI event. It is useful for meeting distributors and project contractors from the Gulf, Africa and South Asia, especially for smart-city, hospitality, retail and transport projects. The 2026 edition runs 7–11 December in Dubai.

Bett UK — education technology

Bett is the global education technology show. It is the right place to study how interactive flat panels are actually used in classrooms: lesson software, multi-user collaboration, device management and teacher training. For IFP manufacturers, it is a useful reality check on what schools value beyond screen size.

CES and Computex — platform and supply-chain intelligence

CES and Computex are not primarily sourcing shows for industrial displays, but they set the platform roadmap. New Intel, AMD, Qualcomm, MediaTek and Rockchip platforms announced there determine what will be available in panel PCs and OPS modules 6–12 months later. Attend if you need early access to new silicon; otherwise follow the announcements.

How to make a show visit useful

  1. Book meetings before you travel. The best conversations happen in scheduled slots, not at the coffee stand.
  2. Bring your specification. Size, brightness, touch points, IP rating, operating system, interfaces and target quantity.
  3. Ask for the bill of materials. A display is only as good as its LCD, touch sensor, controller and bonding process.
  4. Compare with a sample, not a video. Request a sample unit and test it in your own environment.
  5. Check the factory, not only the booth. A show presence does not prove production capability. Ask for a factory audit or a video tour.

What Seabird shows and supports

Seabird attends and supports customers around these shows with samples, drawings and factory visits. Our product range covers industrial panel PCs, industrial monitors, fanless box PCs and OPS modules, infrared touch frames, capacitive touch overlays, interactive flat panels, digital signage and rugged tablets.

If you are visiting a show and want to see a specific size or configuration, contact us in advance. We can prepare a sample, a specification sheet and a factory visit schedule so your trip is not limited to catalogue browsing.

Frequently asked questions

Which trade show is best for touch screen sourcing?

ISE for professional AV and digital signage, embedded world for industrial computing and embedded boards, and InfoComm for the North American integration market. For education displays, Bett is the most relevant.

When is the next ISE?

ISE 2027 takes place from 2 to 5 February 2027 at Fira Barcelona Gran Via.

When is GITEX Global 2026?

GITEX Global 2026 runs from 7 to 11 December 2026 in Dubai.

Can I visit a factory instead of a trade show?

Yes. A factory visit is usually more useful than a show for verifying production capability, quality control and engineering support. Seabird welcomes customer audits in Huizhou, Guangdong.
