What is the difference between an industrial touch screen and a commercial display?
An industrial touch screen is built for continuous operation, wide temperature, dust and vibration, with industrial I/O and a sealed front. A commercial display is designed for retail or office use and usually has a shorter lifecycle.
Which touch technology should I choose: infrared, capacitive or resistive?
Choose projected capacitive for 7 to 32 inches with multi-touch and a sealed front. Choose infrared for 32 to 110 inches, interactive whiteboards and retrofit overlays. Choose resistive for low-cost industrial control and pen input.
What is the MOQ for an industrial panel PC?
One piece is accepted at factory price. Larger quantities receive a volume discount.
Can you customise the size, logo and firmware?
Yes. Custom size, logo, interface, firmware, boot logo and private-label packaging are available.
What is the lead time for samples and bulk orders?
For standard sizes, about 3 days for samples, 7 days for 100 pieces and 15 days for 500 pieces. Custom sizes are quoted individually.
Do you provide CE, FCC and RoHS certificates?
Yes. CE, FCC and RoHS documentation is supplied with export orders, and additional reports can be arranged for specific projects.
Can you supply OPS modules and touch frames separately?
Yes. OPS PC modules, OPS adapter cards, infrared touch frames, infrared PCBA kits, capacitive overlays and resistive panels are all available as separate products.
What warranty do you offer?
One year by default. A three-year warranty is available for a 15% price increase.

Yes. We ship to more than 120 countries and can quote EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP terms.
